Yeah I want to know me too cuz I want to buy a HMF Sport Serie and put a Quiet Core,how many dbs with the quiet core this pipe will produce?

104 is without for sure when i put my q-core in it sounds almost like stock...

A stock pipe is around 88db then your around that?

And it is long to take apart the quiet core or to put it?It is Bolt or Rivets?

you just take off the HMF end cap with an allen key and pop in the q-core, no rejetting for it or anything.

With quiet core+spark arrestor it kicks it down to around 94-96 w/ out like 102-104...........or so i have heard

My buddys 400ex slip-on has the quiet core, it sounds great! My full is loud as hell.. I gotta order that quiet core asap!!!!! The FMF Powercore 4 is like 96Db's and I would say that the HMF WITH the queit core is bout the same...

even with the quiet core in my hmf, its quiet at an idle, but when u get on the gas its still pretty loud! I think it sounds better without the quiet core and witht he endcap off tho.

I just read the Oregon "state park/dunes" are all 93db, that is unbelieveable i dont even know if i will be able to do that w/ the quiet core in! but at sand lake it is 97db's wtf? gay laws, what is it where you guys ride?

i have a full HMF for my 250 and it sounds pretty good w/ the qiute core its not real loud at all
i have a 400ex to and the 250 w the qiute core isn;t that much louder than the stock 400 the 250 is just alot deeper and sounds nicer but i just took the qiute core out the 250 and it sounds great it is pretty loud but it sounds alsome and if i want i can keep it qiute by the throttle when i get on it its loud but at idle and in low rpms in aint loud at all
