How often does everyone replace these and what kind do you use? I was looking at mine and one has a little play in it. I didn't know whether to replace everything or just the bushings. If I have to do it all I may just get some aftermarket a arms cause that may be bout as cheap.

They are expensive but you can save money by buying the Pivot Works kit that comes with everything you need.

I'll look into it, what advantage would I gain if I just looked for aftermarket a arms. I should just go with stock width for xc right? What brands are good?

I like Housers and a new company called Rated X Motorsports. You can go with +1 for XC for more stability. It will also be much cheaper when you have to replace bushings and with aftermarket, you can replace the balljoints unlike stockers. Aftermarket arms are also camber adjustable.

FYI: You can get "bushing" replacements for your stock a-arms instead of the god awful expensive bearings. I know they aren't quite as good.. but you can replace then 10 times for the price of one new set of needle bearings.. lol.

Yea, it's only about 15% more to buy aftermarket a-arms w/ bearings/tierod/balljoints.. lol.

Those bearings are expensive. If you buy the complete A-arms they come complete with bearings and all.If you buy seals, bearings sleeves and all you be amazed how much it will cost you.I did this once and since have always replaced the complete A-arm.
