Round 3 of the Iatvhss was welcomed in early Sunday morning with rain showers. The land just outside Brooks, IA was setup by the Nishna Valley Riders. The 50's were set to see what they could do with the mud valley first. Here's all the kids waiting while the course is partially rerouted.

Tay focused and got a well deserved win. She was the only rider to complete 11 laps and she gets a big thumbs up for using her head to pick good passing lines and for just plain hauling out.

I hadn't heard about Logan's heart condition. We're pulling for ya in SE Iowa too Logan! It's not a race pic, but I have here what I believe to be a pic of Logan Hazzard and Landon Criswell (my g/f Mary's boy) still playing in the mud during the afternoon race.

90 production Tay Tay and Chancers most of the other kids had left before the awards were presented.

Tay wanted to give a big Thanks to Earl Johnson for the use of his power washer and beauty shop skills to help remove the mud from her ponytail..:D

Just wanted to let everyone know that Logan's surgery was a complete success. A little sore but we got to come home from the hospital a day earlier than expected. Childrens Mercy and Ronald McDonald's House are awsome. No quads for 6 weeks doctors orders.

Alright!! So glad to hear everythings ok! 6 weeks will feel like forever I'm sure. At least he can still go watch and be involved that way. Theres still alot of season left. Again, we are very happy for Logan and his family that all was a success!!
