what is the stock main jet and stock pilot jet sizes
on the YFZ

and btw, the factory jetting is a bit too lean with all stock parts

Would a 165 run just fine with all the stock parts and the airbox lid still on?

It may, it may not, im running a 165 main with NVCQ needle and stock pilot with a pipe and GYTR filter, with no lid....

Wow, sounds like it'd be a bit rich for me then. I don't think our elevation is off by much either.
