the best thing you can do is pick a motor builder first. (i suggest gthunder) tell him you plan on having him build you a whatever size big bore in the future and what exhaust he would reccomend with it

and before you go wild in the motor ytou better upgrade your suspension and get wider so your suspension componets can help you when you make the enigne wild

yoshimura is a good pipe for the money but others will reccommend curtis sparks or HMF

For having good power and low sound level the FMF Q is real good, thats what I have and it has good power. I also have the 14 tooth front sproket. It also has great acceleration in corners and off the line.

i dont kow gthunder's number off hand, ut it is on the website at www.gthunder.com

i know you only want to know about exhaust, but for your future motor to run like it should, you need to buy what the builder suggest:)

Go with Sparks x-4, I am runnign one on my 330 and it gained so much power when I switched from my fmf to the sparks. They are great pipes!!! In my opinion, Yoshi is not worth the extra hundred bucks, and HMF/ WB is good, but the sparks is a 1 peice system so that prevents any chance for exhaust leaks. One problem, all of those pipes are loud. As for the motor work, I reccomend using an FST kit, and installing it youself, that way you save a lot of money on labor.

I'm running a White Bros. header and HMF pipe with the quiet core on my 330.Makes great power and not overly loud.I've also ran the White Bros header with a White Bros e-series pipe and a Supertrapp ids 2 full system. The White Bros full system wasn't too bad,but stay away from the Supertrapp if you don't want a loudpipe. The Supertrapp didn't make much power and was one of the loudest pipes that i have heard.
