my clutch is starting to slip pretty good. i adjusted it on the lever and now it is all the way out. i was wondering if it is adjsutable from the inside or is it time for a new clutch. i have been shifting without my clutch a lot lately.
if so how difficult is it to do a clutch. i have replaced the clutch on my blaster once before.
any recommendations on clutch sets. thanks

turn the adjuster at the lever all the way in [so its loose] then adjust on your motor, then back to the lever to fine-tune.

if your clutch is starting to go it wont be that hard replacing the clutches....ive replaced numerous of clutches on my old honda 250x...so i pretty much kno the routine....

all the 8mm bolts on the right side case, remove the oil lines, and whala the case is off...then from there you take the springs off, then you take off that big nut that holds on the basket and the clutch should come out....make sure you presoak your new fibers and steels in oil before you put them in
