Removing Cylinder Head

I need help!

Is there anything I need to know, I am trying to remove the cylinder head, I stripped out the spark plug, I have never torn it apart before. Should I install the Piston and Cam in while I have the head off?

Don't go any further until you have a service manual in front of you....;)

and yes install a piston and cam
