farsighter (spyware?)

has anyone ever heard of a program called farsighter? Is this a form of spyware or does someone actually have to install this on your computer directly? Everytime i run my spysweeper this thing comes up about farsighter(it sends a streaming video of all your comp activities to someone that is viewing on another computer)..... Is there anyway i can get rid of this? Thanks for any help
