Flywheel weight

I just don't understand the advantages. Wouldn't you want a high revving machine?

when you add a higher weight flywheel, the engine will not stall as easy. the only people that really add weight are woods riders, since they will be lugging in the tight trails. the added weight wont turn your 450r into a slow reving 400ex, i doubt it will even effect your rev speed that badly.
