a race between a 99 400ex and 04 z400....who would win....and whoever wins by how much would they wion by????????:D

Z obiovously dragging, MX its the better rider and in woods i would give it to the 400ex because of the better low punch in the woods.

in my experience between my 2000 400ex and a 2004 kfx400, both have pipes it came down to rider and who got the jump off the line

most of the time it was me since i have a good 3 years more than he does

i saw a piped Z accually 2 of them and they really didn't seem all that impressive, there was one piped 400ex but he didn't really see to get on it at all. He did try ramping and fliped the 400 end over and back the wheels thou so that might be why he wasn't being to crazy.

Everyone says the ex is a dinosaur but i don't see any of the others being all that great either.

well i raced a kfx400 flat out drag against my 400ex in my siggy.

bottom line his yoshi pipe with the fake 440 inside sticker couldnt touch me. the sparks pulls harder then any pipe i have tried.

then he tried to make excuses why i won, and it was dirt in my eye. couldnt see, you have no airbox lid.....

straight up drag in about a 1000 feet the z will win by about 1 1/2
to 2 lenghts but in the woods with equal riders the ex is not only easier to ride but will beat the z

we have a lil bit more bottom end than they do

but when it comes to built bikes that where they surpass us (performance wise)

I have raced a dvx which is almost the same and beat him a twice. (He also beat me twice but not by as much as I beat him by) It all depends on who gets the jump of the line first. All I have is a t-4, handn, and a dynojet kit. Why does everyone have to make excuses when they get beat. I raced my buddy on his 350 raptor like 7 times before he finally gave up on trying to beat me. Those things suck. I killed him every time. The list from him was endless. Just my two cents though Steve
