valves stuck, what now

my left valve is stuck open, does this mean it is bent, or what, any help appreciated

Maybe it's bent, but maybe not. You might have just floated it after some hard riding.

bent, broken spring, spring keeper came off, if u have the head off u should be able to tell whats up with it

If you bent a valve, make sure you inspect your valve guides as well... I had to replace both my intake guides after bending the valves due to hairline cracks. If there is any sign of cracking whatsoever you need to get them replaced. Unfortunately, only a shop can do it since the head needs to be heated to over 300 degrees and the frozen guides need to be pressed in while its hot like that.
