440 jetting again

i have just brought this bike and the last owner said the jetting needs sorting.
so the deal is it's a 2002 440 k&n filter with no air box lid,full scorpian exhaust, stage 1 cam and a elderbrock siler series carb.
where is a good place to start as he as just done the 440 conversion and has the 400 jetting
