450r or 400ex for hill climbing

well guys and girls which do you think is better for hill climbing a 450r or a 400ex and lets say the 400ex has a cam and a silencer on it and the 450r is stock. i know the 400ex has a lot lower end than the 450r i think. but i think my brother on the 400ex is just better than me thats all lol

and also i know it would help me out a lot if i went a tooth down in front. then i can do the hills in second most of the time

i have noticed alot more bottom end with my hmf slip on,dyno jet,my own custom version of the ehs air box cover

It depends on the rider because both have a very light front end.
If it's a straight up run the 450r is the machine.
