Dale Earnhardt Jr.

Earhardt Jr switches crew cheifs again getting rid of Pete Rhondu(sp?), and replacing him with one of his former(before switch) spotters. i think that this is going to be a great change for the good for Earhardt's entire team. this will be his first weekend with the new crew cheif, and already in qualifying on thursday, Jr got a great starting spot of 15th, which is already better than what he was qualifying with Pete. we'll have to see how it all plays out over the next few races. i'm hoping for good things, being a Jr fan myself. who thinks that this switch is good or bad? please state your opinion on the topic.

i think it was a good move changing the crew chief again, he seemed he could find his *** with both hands lately. seems to start back in the field and not advance a whole lot, big time slump. im not a jr fan but i still like him and want him to do good. im with stewart which is in a slump of his own:mad:

You are right, it is Steve Hmiel, thats Shane Hmiel's dad. I believe he was also the crew chief for dale senior at one time, not 100% though.
