View Full Version : wnyoa rider passes away after racing accident

On Sunday, 5/22, at the Majestic Trails Hare Scramble, Hollis Hardison, 65 year old rider from Sanborn, NY was fatally hurt when he rolled his quad going down a hill near the scoring barrels. Hollis past away as result of his head injuries on 5/23. Please join me in prayer and condolences for the family.
WNYOA and AMA D4 is making a financial memorial contribution along with WNYOA sending a cross of flowers arriving today at the Funeral Home


Viewing arrangements have been made at:

Rhoney Funeral Home

Sanborn, NY 14132

Viewing dates and times are:
Thursday, 5/26 from 7-9PM
Friday, 5/27 from 2-4PM and 7-9PM

Funeral Services will be at:

Community Bible Church
Church RD
Ransomville, NY

Services will be on Saturday, 5/28 at 1030AM

Does anyone know what happened? I saw him after it happened and knew it was serious.I was hoping it wasnt that bad.My thoughts and prayers go out to the family and friends.

yeah i didnt get to see it thankfully but i heard some people say he endoed his quad down a the hill before the barrels like 6 times and he was on it the entire time i think he got caught on hisracks or something that is so unfortunate, it sucks really bad:(

yeah, he was going through some whoops and it endoed throwing him and and he rolled for quite awhile.
