this has been bothering me for 15 minutes and i cant seem to get the math right. dont laugh cuz its pointless.

i bought a case of 24 drinks for 10 bucks, how the hell do u find out how much 1 cost. im not sure but im guessing 24 cents? whats the formula? :o sorry for bein retarded i hope no1 flames me

$10.00/24 = .4167~ or $.42 each

Cheap beer in Japan goes for 200yen ($2) a can and it doesn't get cheaper if you buy a 6pack or case :eek2:

$9 a case, cool beans. That figures to 37 cents per can. (and you KNOW it's a can, cause you don't get that cheap in bottles).

I worked for a restaurant, and several times they let us use their suppliers to fill our personal keg, at a whopping cost of $35. This calculates to 21 cents per 12oz beer!!!

Beer in the soda machines was banned in '95 and I am not in the military:D

my cousin is in the navy over there in Japan on a ship and there isnt a drop of beer he can access and he is 21.

i never remember beer in vending machines. i know in germany a beer machine is on every block

When I came to Japan back in '93 you could buy beer from the drink machines in the barracks and the drinking age on-base was 20. That changed in '95 after but you can still buy beer off-base from certain drink machines. (1) beer at a convenience store is $2~$5 each and beer at a bar normally starts at $3 but $5 is the norm.

Beer on base is cheaper that beer in the US:D
