crf 450r carb for trx450r

Is there any difference between the 03,04,& 05 crf450r carb? I am interested in getting one of these for my trx! I know I'll need either the noss or baldwin adapter and tubing, but what else will I need? Do you need to use the crf hot start cable or can you use the stock cable? Is this carb jetted similar to the stock trx450r?
