got +2 a arms need help with setup for 400ex

i have a 400ex and i just put on burgard +2 a arms on and i have it all setup just wondering what setup for the ball joints and tierods i should start with. i ride everything from flat track to mx to trails and mud so i would like to have it okay for everything. thanks
