WTB : Project 250r!

I am looking to buy a project 250r here shortly, something to build up. I want something that doesn't have any frame damage or anything. Would like it to all be there pretty much, thats ok if it needs motor work or new plastics, I will change those also. It doesn't really need a-arms or axle or shock either I guess, but it would be nice. I will be adding extended a-arms axle and aftermarket shocks. Let me know what you have, dont really want to spend a lot on it. Want it to be some what close to PA.

I dont know if I want your 400EX/250r though, yet. It just wouldn't be the same as a true 250r.

Yea im pretty frustrated, The guys that relize what it is really worth dont have cash. The guys with cash are 4 states away.
and everybody else wants to give me blasters.
