400ex front hubs fit 450r?

just wondering when i start building my 450r,if the front hubs are the same as the 400ex?i have hardkor hubs that i would like to use,just wondering,thanks

no they are not the 450r uses a longer spindle.

common items are,
both sprockets
front rotors
may be a slight difference but my ims pegs mounted up.
of course handle bars
shifter would probably work
chain type
clutch perch
and other dumb stuff like that

Wont the swinger and axle work too? I'm almost positve somebody put there +1.25 400ex swinger on there 450r.

the 400ex axle will need a spacer for the sprocket hub to work perfectly since its 1/8'' off, but i know people just swap them out with out a spacer. the front sprockets will not work, and the shifters will not work. between my friend and i, we have a 400ex, 250r, and 450r, so we have done a lot of part swapping. front bumpers between the 400ex and 450r are the same.
