well me and my buddy brandon (slsd400exguy) didn't have anything to do today, the weather was really crappy so we decided to clean my 450 alittle. that turned into going up to the 7/11 and getting 4 Monster Assault energy drinks, getting out the dremal with a soft brush tip, some mothers aluminum/mag cleaner, and Plastic Cleaner 4 1/2 hours later we ended up with this........

my buddys dad owns a graphic sign shop and they deal alot with metal so I went over there with some pics from one of my other freinds 450's shrouds he got from ebay and we came up with these, so you could say they are custom made. but are pretty close to the ones sold on ebay. I just didn't have to pay anything for mine :D

I do that all the time lol i love it its so fun cleaning it like new...but then u just go riding and get it all messed up in like 20 mins anyways...:mad:
