'05 Suzuki Z400 Exhaust

I was looking to buy a new exhaust for my new Z400 but I wasn't sure what to get. I heard yoshimura was good, but I also like the Big Gun on my buddies Warrior and 400ex. What exhaust would be best in terms of power and sound? I want the most power I can get but I also want it to sound good. Could you please include the model name and the place you recommend buying?Thanks for replies!

i would say HMF or sparks if they make one for it

I like my yoshi slip on but i dont know how much it cost or where it came from it was on the quad before i bout it, it sounds really good 2 even with the tec kit . Check out sparks also in my opinion that is the best sounding exaust ever.

the sparks sound really mean and gives it good power. i have a yoshi and it is really nice. ive heard Rossier Enginerring Sounds really good and makes power as well

If you read the chart correctly above it clearly states 15HP @ 4000 RPM. Which is correct. Then to the right of that it will state the peak HP wich is what your probably thinking of.

I have a kfx400 with a yoshi full pipe. Its sounds mean as hell and gave a lot more pep to my quad.

i got a rossier full and it is awsome i love it and it sounds the best from what i herd so far and it gives a 8.1 hp gain

i tell you what i have had the fmf power core 4 with the power bomb header on all 7 of my rappy i have had and 3 of the 400 ex to me it is the best all around pipe awsome horse power gain with big sound and it gives you so much response its rediculas

i have an 03 z and used to have a fmf power core 4 slip on for it and it was loud as hell but sounded like ****, but it gave it a much better hit on the bottom end, i now have the hmf ballance full exhaust and it sounds awsome, and gives a real linier powerband, not just at the bottom, top or middle but throughout. imo its the best sounding z i have heard, i have also heard yoshi slip on, yoshi full, dmc alien slip on, and big gun. (the yoshi's sounded pretty good but i couldnt justify spending that much on a full exaust when i have heard such good things about hmf)

I can tell you one thing don't order from worldwideperformance1.com I ordered (two Hmf sport exhuasts w/ quietcore + proflow intake kit + dyno jets thats a easy 900$) two weeks ago and i called asking for a tracking number they say wait ten business days then call back.........I call back today they tell me it wont ship till friday this week and i should get it next week, WAIT 3 WEEKS TO JUST SHIP IT... then a total of 4 weeks to recieve that's Bs i won't be ordering from them again!
