I Got a New Truck!!

Well Guys, I got a new truck. Its My dad's old truck that he sold to me. I got the ranger out for sale, he said, "just gimme everything you get for the ranger." So, I havent sold the ranger yet but he went ahead and gave me the truck. It's a '99 F250 Light Duty. It only has 65,000 miles on it and its in excellent shape!! I plan to get dual exhaust for it here in the next week and im buying projector lights/clear corners for it pretty soon too! Its got the 5.4 330 in it. I put the 33's on it from my Ranger...

Yeah I just got back from TN, and like 3 out of every like 5 trucks i saw had duals on it so would expect you to say that, lol. My cousin that lives down there has a z71 with strait pipes, no cats or mufflers, and 4" x 1 1/2' Chrome tips, and oh man, did that sound good and loud!

yah its not very common to find trucks with stock exhaust around here lol......my uncle just got an 05 Z71, and he went from a loud diesel F-250 to that stock brand new 05 Z71. A week after havin the Z71, he chucked the stock exhaust and threw on some magnaflow pipes lmao. He cant stand a quiet truck.

I went to get some hay with him this weekend and we used his truck to get the hay, but he took me home in his wifes truck (my aunt) which is a stock gmc 1500, and he was like "man......this truck is too quiet!" lol

his magnaflow sounds real good, it comes out on the passenger side between the front and rear wheel, about a foot from the rear, but their is just nothin like the sound of straights:devil:

Nice truck. My dad has a 2000 f-150 with the 330, that motor is a beast. But have fun on gas milage. I definatley think that the v-8 power is worth the trade off of worse gas milage.

Now put a K&N FPK kit on their and a compy chip upgrade with some pipes and you will be scootin!:D

Great truck, and can't beat the price. I had a 2002 F-150 XLT with the FX-4 package and I absolutely loved it. I had a custom exhaust bent up with Flowmaster 40 mufflers....very loud! Only reason I traded it in was my kids outgrew the back seat and I wanted more power than the 5.4 had.

Yeah well, it get 7-8 more mpg than my ranger did.

BTW, im asking 13k for my ranger, i blue booked it at $16,215, so i think its a fair price!
