:devil: I have noticed that alot of the people who are intrested in the bore kits mainly do mx racing.....I ride mainly in the dunes.....i want some more power out of my bike..Iv'e got an 04 400ex with big gun exhaust, a K & N filter and have a dial a jet on the way.......what can i do to get the most out of my bike?????

well are you content wit the power of your 400ex, or are you wanting more power. dont just buy big bore kits if its not yet needed.

the over all power , yea.....but im tired of gettin beat by my buddys and my buds wife...on a z400.......she is 100lbs lighter than me.....i would just like some more power........

a 416 or 426 kit would probably be good for what your looking for.

i WAS thinkin on the 416 kit, but a guy here at one of the shops said that i wont make that big of a diff. and if your gonna bore it, just do the 440.....i am also gonna put a HC stage 2 in it....is there anything else is should do????????:confused:

i just put a cam and piston in my 400 ex not a bore kit and now my 400 will run wright with my buddys 440

Really...........how much diff. did it make.......and what type did you go with.....I was thinkin about either wiseco or JE.....and a Hotcams

I would do a ross or Je 416 or 426 with a cam. I run a JE 416 and a Hotcam stg 2 you could also have a port and polish done.
