Rear brake rotor flange question...

Is the brake rotor flange supposed to "wobble" slightly on the axle? I noticed last night while I was putting my new rotor on that it "wobbled" slightly on the axle. It appears that it has some type of o-ring between the flange and the axle...is this correct? If so, then I would assume the "wobble" of the flange is normal...yes/no?

I should have very little movement. some is ok but allot means the splines my be worn or your axle nut is not tight enough.

Ok, thanks Colby. I think it'll be alright then, 'cause it didn't move a whole lot, just enough to make me curious.
