axel swap

I am just pulling out my stock (bent) axle on my 450r and putting in a different stock one. Is there anything special I need to watch for or any tricks you guys use.? Also how hard is it and how long do you think it would take? Thanks

If you have never done one before it may take a while, but once you figure it out you will be fine. Chase the threads on the axle nut to be sure you are turning the nut the right direction.

nope nothing really that tricky about it...just remember the axle lock nut is reverse threaded and u might have to heat it up to get it off
