GPR will fit a burgard stem

this was brought up a few weeks ago i got a +1 burgard and a GPR with flexx bars nice setup,

I know that a GPR will fit my Burgard stem, but I also know that the shaft is smaller than a stock shaft so I may have trouble mounting up my W.E.R. stabilizer when it arrives. Do you have a small plastic bushing from Burgard to make ur stem the same size as the top stock bushing? Does ur steering seem to be sort of hard? I heard that they made the mount on the bottom of the shaft where the tie rods bolt on either too long or too short, i'm not sure which.
