250ex vs slighly modded 300ex

Which quad do u think would win? My quad is fully stock and the 300ex is slightly modded with a pipe and a air filter. I'm really extremely light for my age and blow away z250's and stock 400ex's are only a quad length ahead of me in a drag race I think I have a good cahnce of beating her 300ex. She says her 300ex will go 65 but i said I smelled Bull****. Not literally I mean that I said theres no way in hell her quad could go that fast with just those mods.

That 400ex must have only been in 3rd gear, cause my when my 300 had the high lift cam and .040 11:1 piston it was just about even with a stock 400.

Get your head out of the clouds, there is no way a stock 250ex will come close to a 400ex in a straight line. You stand a better chance against a 300ex, but it will still not happen.

The 300ex will win without a doubt. And I doubt she is going 65 on it, but pretty dang close, because stock on a 300ex is somewhere around 58 and with a pipe and filter i was hitting 64.4 on a GPS. Then I did all my motor work, and I haven't clocked it yet. The top speed on your 250 is around 52, so you stand no chance, especially against a 400ex, the guy driving it must have been drunk or stoned.

dude you must be insane. a 250ex will go about 50 with a light rider like yourself.

a 400ex goes about 65ish, give or take.

now i had a 250ex for almost 4 years and i know DAMN WELL a 250ex will not be ONE quad length behind a 400ex at top speed, it jsut simply isnt possible man.

i raced my dad on his warrior when i had my 250ex and it blew me away, also my dad has raced multiple STOCK 300exs and beat them by a little on topend.

with having said all of this, there is no way in hell you will beat this 300ex. sorry to burst ur bubble

A stock 300ex should eat you, anyone racing a 250ex on their 400ex should be slapped.

I know hp isn't everything but in this case........it is.

Lets say you have a 250ex which is auto-clutch and is about 12hp

Your friend has a 400ex which is manual clutch and about 26 hp.

Do you realize that he is ganna be haul'n a** compaired to you?
