my quad pops like maby once or twice on decell but my jetting is rite on..my plug is PERFECT tan brown...is it normal to pop just this little bit? ussualy only after its revved rite up then on decell itll give maby 1 pop..???

did you replace the copper crush gaskets inside the exhaust ports?

you may get a little popping on deceleration with an aftermarket pipe. what slow jet are you running and how many turns out are you with the fuel screw?

iam 2.5 turns out on the air/fuel screw and im using stock pilot jet. should i goto a 42 pilot ?!

you need a bigger pilot jet.

wat size ? does it matter bout elevation? and its the jet rite beside the main rite? all i would do is get a bigger size unscrew stock one and screw the new one all the way in?

A 42 pilot should do it. And yes it's right next to the main jet. Be careful not to overtighten them since they are brass.

i would try the 42 pilot at the same fuel screw location.
