Finally got my 300ex out and rode it today for the first time! Loads of fun! Anyway, I noticed while riding that the rear tire walls bulge out when me and my fiance sit on it together. Now I weigh 250 and she is 115, so 365lbs on the tires may be the problem, but should they bulge? I even came home and put more air in them and it was better, but still looked low to me. I am riding on trails and sand, so I heard that soft was better for that. Where do you guys think I should put the tire pressure? Oh, and where can I get a guage that reads that low?

Those tires and quad where never designed to be carring a passenger. The recommended pressure is 5 psi, stop carring a passenger, it is very dangerous!

Is it really that bad to ride with a passenger? The quad seemed to handle great and I see other people do it. What are the dangers?

Just a very bad idea. I had a buddy die from falling off the back of a four wheeler. They were only going about 10 mph, but he fell on his head and broke his neck. Just don't do it, that's my 2 cents.
