Jetting Questions

I recently purchased an LRD adjustable pipe and silencer (stock bore) for my 1986 Honda 250R. The mods I have done to the engine are it's bored to 67.25mm, a mild port to do top-end, Boyesen pro 44 reeds, stock carb, a BR8ES spark plug, a K&N air filter, and compression is 190.
What jets should I runs?
How much turns out on the mixture screws?
What jetting setup should I run??
