K&N on 250ex

I have a 2001 250ex and am thinking about putting a K&N filter on it. My buddy has one on his and he says he feels it a little bit. I know on some 4wheelers you can't feel it. What do you guys think? Anyone have one on theres? I do all sorts of riding and mostly in dust.

if u used a K&n and pre filter with holes in the air lid you would notice, depending if you are the kind of person who likes to clean there filter more often than stock

yeh, i think i'd make it a point to clean it more if i get better performance out of it. even if i don't get more power outta it at least it will still help clean the engine from all the dust on the track.

Also put an Outerwear on your filter.. will help a lot.

Filter and Pipe make huge improvements on all Hondas. North American Hondas are known for being extremly "corked" in their stock form.

oh yeh. the outerwear wasn't even a question in my mind. i was gonna get it. for 20 bucks more, theres really no point not to.
