I want to change my Clutch perch assembly but I dont know wath to do with the two sensors on the stock perch assembly

wire them together .

So I just remouve the connectors and put the 2 wires together?

yep. And them just tape them to the cables so they are out of the way.

but now the bike will turn over in gear without the clutch pulled in.
