Is there anyway i can make my 250ex faster or louder without having to buy mods?

if u want louder take off tha baffle, or silencer. If u want it faster turn up the fuel screw

I agree with future 450, Honda's are notorious for being lean from the factory (emmision's standard's). Therefore if you take out the baffle you'll just make it leaner, risking possible damage due to overheating. I would suggest you wait and save your money for a pipe and jet kit. Hope this help's.:D

If you buy a jet kit/some jets you could remove airbox lid, take baffle out and rejet.
