View Full Version : Does anyone know 100% if a set of aftermarket shocks made for a banshee fit a yfz?

I have my eye on a set of shocks from a banshee, will they fit my yfz? if so, whatz the difference? shims? spacers? anythg i need to do?

how long are they ? if the length is the same they might be able to be mounted.But they will probably not be valved or sprung right for a yfz but maybe you can adjust them enuff to work. What are they ?

i sold my yfz shocks to a guy with a banshee.he said they do require modification to fit the banshee though.i think the eyes are different or something.

I know for a fact they will go on your YFZ but they will lower the front end a couple inches and the YFZ shocks are very nice. Why would you sell them for something that is not supposed to be on the quad

i found a set of PEP's im looking at buying,, they are triple rates.. and werent sure if the lenght was the same or not? i have to ask the seller.

a friend of mine has a yfz and he put a set of elka shocks of a KFX400 and put them on his yfz, only thing he had to do was put some washers on the top mount
