shaved head

has anyone ever shaved the head on a 300ex to up the compression.

i think u can only shave a head on a 2 stroke...could be wrong:ermm:

the head can be shaved on anything,of course piston clearance will have to be checked.besides,you can use a thinner base and head gaskets to raise compression without doing irreversable damage to your head.also higher compressin pistons are out there as well.
