A car dealer wont do it, but a car customizing shop will. Also if theres a race shop locally for stock cars like dirt track, they might do it or atleast tell you where it can be done.

Most of the time coaters are small privately run places or else big monster shops doin thousands of file cabinets per day. :eek:
