I will be installing a hmf bill balance carbon fiber slip-on , dyno jet kit , k&n filter with outerwear and a ehs racing lid. I just wanted to how much of a improvement this will make to the tall first gear , i know alot of you probaly have this setup , so give me some info , i dont wanna go down to a 13t sprocket.

You really don't need a 13 tooth unless you are riding really tight trails alot.I have the Bill Ballance slip on and a Twin Air filter with no lid and I am very pleased with it.

good to see some Va riders on here. I have the full system w/ dynojet kit and w/b air filterw/o lid i called hmf they said do what ever dynojet reccomends cuz the metering on alot of companies jets are different i run a 180 main and it runs incredible havent had a chance to get a good clean race w/ yzf450 but so far aint much difference is similarly equipped.Hows riding out in that part of va?

i like the 13t , is your lid cut? if not about a 125 main with a full lid depending on ur elevation, i run a 13t on a built motor i just like the ratio and how i can lug it in 2nd and keeps down on shifts as well, with a cut lid i would guess around a 160 or something like that, i run a 52 pilot as well on mine with a 195 main but i got a built motor and hrc style lid, and live in south east

i ran the K&N filter, HMF slip on BB series, no lid and a 185 main, ran perfect.

elevation plays a part and each quad is a little different, going from alabama to pa can have effects on one as well
