I just wanted to check in & say Hello.
I just got a TRX 450r a couple of weeks ago. I have been
reading up here on opinions & information regarding quads here
for a couple of weeks now. I am very impressed with this web site to say the least!
Im new to this site, but not new to desert recreating. I have owed many
bikes, buggies & quads all my life. I am currently racing a class 10 buggy
here in southern California. some Pics can be seen here.

Earlier this year, I bought my girlfriend a 250ex. Two weeks ago I got a 450r.
I previously owned a 87 trx 250r, I kick myself every time I see one of those
things for sale for 5 grand+! Sold my 250r five years ago for something like $2200.
I have to say I do like the 450r better than the 250r.
No oil to mix.
I like the lower more controlled power band.
Seems to handle better
Our favorite place to ride is California City Ca.
I will check in here & there, I have many questions to ask here for our
newer quads, a lot have been all ready answered by looking though
the vast information I have read here.
Keep up the good work here & maybe I can help out here & there if I can.
