about an hour 1/2 - 2 hours ago we had a tornado pass just to the north of us about 1/2 mile. I heard the sirens go off and i looked out the window and there was one sitting in the field north of us. I watched it for about a minute or so and then it went back up. As far as i know it did no damage, it didnt even get that windy here and it wasnt to far away. Ive got a picture but need someone that i can email it to and post it.

this is the first one i have ever seen in person and it wasnt scary at all like i would have thought, it was really nice and peacefull. tomorrow ill drive out that way and see of there is any damage but as far as i could tell it was only in a field and lifted before it could touch anything.

I saw a vid clip on the tv show " real tv", there where these little tornatos and a bunch of kids where fooling around in them. throwing stuff and watching it spin around, and standing in them. was kinda funney.

I doubt you would want to play around with that tornado posted here. I bet that thing could do considerable damage.

There were a lot of those during Hurricane Ivan. There are trees still snapped in half everywhere.
