cracked head

can you magnaflux a head for a 400 ex like you could for a car motor. i believe i have a crack on the cam chain side of my head and i need to find out before i put it back together. any thoughts?

Aluminum is not magnetic so you can't magnaflux it. You can have it FPI'd (flourescent penetrant inspection), which is used for non-magnetic materials. Most all aerospace NDT facilities can do it for you.
