elka rec series shocks?

I NEED NEW SUSPENSION! lol after only a few hours of hard riding on my stock ex suspension i was hurtin bad the next day...lol so im thinkin elka but are the rec series worth it? like for jumping and such? i do ride alot of trails but would like to goto the track somtimes too...what do u guys think?
