need one for my king quad, for the belt drive exhaust, use 2" pvc?

It's easier to use 1.5" flexible hose and then end it with 2" PVC.

just bent, went out for the second time, got the belt wet again, i know i need to know my limits but heck, its a 4wd, just wondering if i made a mistake and didnt get the rincon

what did you use for the intake of the belt system

I have 1.5" flexible hose coming from the tranny up to the front rack and then 2" PVC coming up through the rack...mine works fine.

I agree with MMG... some guys use hard PVC pipe, ... my intake is custom one of a kind, but for the CVT exhaust, I just use big shop vac hose...
