I bought a 2005 Raptor 660 a couple month's ago and it is all stock except for I installed a GTY-R air filter kit with air lid removed, Yoshimura RS-3 full system exhaust and a GYT-R jet kit. I followed the instructions for the jet kit and installed the needles, 25 pilots and 150 and 155 main jets. I then took it out and rode it but it would cut out about 1/2 throttle so I reinstalled the the stock needles and it improved but still has a little hesatation.

My question is if you are running a GYT-R jet kit what jets, needles are you using.

Well 150/155 is probably too lean for a full exhaust and no lid just about anywhere. The GYTR needles are tapered more and should perform better.

I have a Sparks full pip and air box kit with no lid. Im running 160/165 and 25 pilots.

I have the GYT-R jet kit as well. In there were instructions that broke down which jets to use. I went with the 160/165 25 pilots as well. Runs great. I am tempted to try 155/160 because sometime I feel like its running a little rich.

I have full pro circuit exhaust and gyt-r airbox adapter with K&N. I use an EHS racing lid which is basically the same as running without a lid.

I'm running the same basic setup and GYT-R jetting and yes it was a little rich. I used a hotter ing. to use the extra fuel and make more power.
Tuned on dyno with 02 sensor and EGT
