Which Web cam should I get???

I cant tell you the exact compression I have but Im pretty sure its White Bros 11:1(440).... Which cam should I get to go along with this( http://www.webcamshafts.com/honda-atv.html#10 ) and how much extra work would it take to go with the racing cam? How much would this increase the performance and reliability?

I have the Web Cam 463/9i cam. It works great and so far I have had no problems with it.
