FCR 41mm questions

Just purchased a FCR 41mm carb for a Alba z470 stroker, I am at 2500 ft,
Where is a good starting spot for my jetting?
The carb was originally setup for a Predator, what does this mean?
What else should I do/purchase to the carb?
What about throttle cables thumb throttles?

Setup for a predator, means it was on a polaris. what sizes of jets and what needle does it have in it??
