alrite, sorry for the dumb question. i have got a hmf slip on, k&n, and hotcams stage 1 for motor work. when i rejetted it i put in a #42 pilot jet and a k175 main and it runs perfect and spark plug is tan (never had to adjust idle either). what my question is i always hear of people dropping or raising the needle a couple clips, even though mine runs fine am i wrong with my jetting? should i have and what will it help?
