This is a full blown MX quad, extremely solid bike, nothing overlooked, Motor has fresh rebuild and is barely broken in just switched to honda full synthetic. Absolutley nothing wrong with this bike almost every part is completely brand new for the 05 season only 2 races on the bike, Every part of the bike is as straight as an arrow, Went over everything, no cracks, bends, brakes, stripped nuts. broken bolts, absolutley nothing. Brakes work awesome, motor will stay with stock 450, and there is so much attention to detail i almost dont want to get rid of it but i have a monster deal on a 450. I love this baby and i hate to see it go. There are more mods then in the SIG but PM me and ill post pics in the thread soon. Thanx guys
I have at least 10k invested into this beast, not including labor.

bad pics without ASV levers but u get the picture. It has had every bushing, bearing, seal, replaced on entire quad, new chain and sprockets, many polished-billet parts, fresh PC on everything, like a brand new bike

Comes with title

I just cleaned out my inbox, the EX is for sale, if i get 4200 out of it i would be happy. here are some pics of the beast, now the bumper is black with number plate ( its home made but very strong, i will include stock front bumper)
I bought ASV lever for it but it didnt fit so i need to find a front brake lever or a dirtbike brake perch.

This 400ex is very nice, i absolutely love the bike, the way it rides on rails, how it has sooo much torque, and its unstoppable on the track the way i have the suspension dialed in.

O yeah i forgot to mention the only thing "wrong" with this bike is that the front left rim is slightly bent. I have rode on it since the day i bought it like that and the bearings are fine, spindles, hubs, striaght, just the front left rim is slightly tweaked and has a slight wobble while going down the rim. It doesnt affect steering or anything. im sure if it really concerns you that much a new stock front rim could be bought for like 20 bucks.

What weight and type of riding are the shocks valved for? How long since a motor rebuild? Shock rebuild? Where in Ohio are you?

weight for shocks...previos owner was 180 and he had them setup for him but im 135 and then i took preload down a little, adjusted the low speed more and same with rear shock and these shocks are like pillows. I have done 4th gear 80 foot tables and it is as smooth as silk.....the bike flies straight and is perfectly balanced and the COG is loww. The shocks cant be old at all they are like new. The motor is barely broken in it was just rebuilt in early 2005, just switched to Honda Full synthetic motor oil. Everything is like brand new.
