acerbis rally pro... i think they are the best bc they have a metal bar on the inside of the plastic so they won't brake... they are indestructable... i think they are 60$ from rocky mt...

As I have them now they don't block the wind but you can buy add on plastic handguards. I think metal reinforced is the only way to go. As is they still deflects branches and stuff. I think I paid around 40 without the plastic handguards.

Hey JB are those Maier and where did you get them. I am looking for the ones without the plastic and wondering did you have to cut the tips off your levers or do these gaurds work with stock levers. Thanks

I got them from Rocky Mountain I believe, if not there than Dennis Kirk. I paid around 40.00. If you look really close you can see the tips of the levers. The angle of the guard isn't the exact same as the lever so I didn't have to cut the tip off. They work great for what I wanted them for, just to deflect branches. You can still use them to push and pull the handle bar when repositioning if you get stuck (not that I would want to admit that). A little difficult to get on with stock bars but it will work.

I have some Emglo guards, they are kinda like the acerbis guards with the plastic reinforced by alum. They were 50$ CDN.

I've got the Acerbis Rally Pro's too. They are great imho. You can also buy a spoiler for the which mounts on top to give better wind deflection. All from Rocky Mountain ATV.
