TAG T2's with Rox Risers???

Can i use Rox 2 inch 7/8 handlebar risers with TAG T2 handlebars?

Nope. If your using a T-2 bar you need the bar clamps to be 1_1/8". You can only use a 7/8" bar for the 7/8" clamps.
